The Annual Meeting of SABIC

The Annual Meeting of SABIC took place on 15th December 2016 in ATT premises in Washington, D.C. The Board members discussed the first year of the organization and the priorities for the future. So far SABIC has been able to facilitate several high level meetings between representatives of the Slovak government and US companies, as well as to assist some Slovak companies in their quest to reach out to the US market.

Besides the traditional promotion of commercial activities and investments between the US and Slovakia, special emphasis in the future will be laid on innovative projects in Slovakia in which SABIC members will be invited to participate. Equally important is the focus on education and SABIC board members discussed the possibilities of expanding the existing scheme of internships for Slovak students.
